Fit Check
Next Stop
Every episode starts at a different stop. Up the escalator, cut, outfit, sneaker. The community decides the next station in the comments. Example Cologne
- Goal
- Reach beyond followers
- Cadence
- Weekly, numbered episodes
I am Jovana, a marketing and social media manager from Cologne. This page shows how I would develop social media for SNIPES, from strategy to the finished image. Concept, photos and graphics are my own production. Cologne is my example, the idea works in every city.

My outside view of snipes_germany as of 2 October 2026. Without access to your numbers, but with 5.5 years of experience in social media and marketing.
What makes SNIPES special on social is the connection of three things. A shoe on its own is a product shot. With culture and community it becomes a story.
Drops, Details, Styling.
Hip hop, basketball, football, dance.
The people who wear it and carry it forward.
As the next step I see owned, recurring series: formats with a name and an episode number that the community can rely on every week. They connect product, culture and community in every post and make the channel plannable.
What SNIPES talks about on social and why. Every pillar has a goal, every format pays into one of them.
New drops, restocks, details, how to wear it.
Hip hop, basketball, football and dance from the local scenes.
Your fits, polls, street interviews, city voting.
People who move the culture. Not buying reach, but showing faces.
This or that, guess the sneaker, hot takes, trends.
Sizing, care, styling, release calendar.
Four channels, four roles. They complement each other instead of repeating each other.
One occasion can live on every channel, but never as a copy. Each platform gets its own angle, its own form and its own function.
A channel at your pace needs more than a social team. Head office sets the frame, stores and creators deliver locally, the community responds. What comes out of it flows back into the channels.
To me, community is not a metric but a source. Shown with a dedicated hashtag, suggested here as #SNIPESFitCheck:
Instead of sorting creators by name, I sort them by the role they play in the community. That makes it clear who belongs in which format and what the briefing looks like.
| Type | Role | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Culture Creator | Hip hop, dance, art, music | Faces of the City, Crew Visit |
| Sneaker Creator | Knowledge about the shoe | Seat Check, Ask the Street |
| Fashion Creator | Styling and fits | One Fit, Three Stops |
| Local Creator | City and local scene | Next Stop, Spot Guide |
| Athlete | Basketball and football | Culture: court and pitch |
| Emerging talent | Faces nobody knows yet | 24 Hours |
| Community Creator | Real customers | Your Fits, What's the City Wearing? |
Every store can deliver content regularly, with local faces and without a big production budget. One simple briefing per format is enough.
The lead idea that makes the strategy visible. Street Level is a family of formats for snipes_germany and snipes.germany. Each season is set in a different city. This page shows season 01 as an example.
Four formats carry the family on Instagram. The lead format first.
One sneaker, one staircase, six images. Always from the same low perspective. The last image is a simple graphic with a question, so the product post becomes a conversation.
Every episode starts at a different stop. Up the escalator, cut, outfit, sneaker. The community decides the next station in the comments. Example Cologne
Dancers, ballers, DJs and creatives from the city. One portrait, one sentence on what street culture means to them. Published as a shared post so both communities see it.
The community decides where the next episode is set. The result is shown the next day and delivered in the Reel. Example Cologne
What counts here is not the prettiest image but the first second. Three series that can be shot on a phone.
Pull up the sock, tie the laces, stand up. Ten seconds, original sound only, endlessly repeatable. A different shoe in every episode.
The community asks, the team answers on video: sizing, care, which sock, which trousers. Every answer is also a hit in TikTok search.
Three people on the street, one question: what are you wearing today and why? Fast cuts, with subtitles. At the end the question goes to everyone: and you? Example Cologne
These seven formats are the core. More can be derived from the same logic once the first ones are running:
A concept is only as good as its execution. This is how I work, and this is how this work sample was made.
Highlighted cells are the peaks the rest is arranged around. Monthly formats each replace one weekly format.
